This is an excellent article from a brilliant author, Nina Teicholz, on the need for overhaul of the US dietary guidelines. It touches on the effectiveness of utilizing ketogenic diets in reversing a variety of chronic metabolic diseases including diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
